Getting To Us

Finding the Workshop

Dealpromohub sits on Bargara Road in Bundaberg East, on the coast side of town and easy to find from the main thoroughfare. Drive time from the Bundaberg CBD is around eight minutes in normal traffic.

By car

From the CBD, head east along Bourbong Street and turn onto Bargara Road. Free parking is on-site at the front of the building.

By public transport

Buses run along Bargara Road through the day. The closest stop is a short walk from the workshop entrance.

Accessibility

The main entrance and showroom area are step-free. Let us know in advance if you need extra room for wheelchairs or mobility aids.

Brings dogs

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the showroom, just keep them on a lead and off the finished display pieces.

Before You Get in Touch

A few quick answers to save you a phone call. Anything else, ring the workshop directly during business hours.

Messages sent during business hours usually get a reply the same day. Anything that lands after 5pm or on a Sunday gets answered first thing the next working morning, without fail.

No. The initial site measure and the design consultation that follows it are free, on the understanding that we will issue a written quote at the end. Nothing is locked in until you sign it.

Weekday drop-ins are welcome. If you want a dedicated conversation with Ellen or Nathan, ring first so we can block out half an hour rather than having you stand around while we finish a cut.

Photos of the room, a rough measurement of the wall or space, and a couple of reference pictures of styles you like. If you have a budget ceiling in mind, say it out loud at the start, it saves everyone time.

Yes, though small repairs are fitted around the bigger commissions. Send photos through the form and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth a workshop visit or something you can sort locally.

We work remotely on furniture pieces for clients as far as Rockhampton and the Sunshine Coast, using photos and video calls. Kitchens and full fit-outs generally need us on-site, so get in touch and we will tell you if it is realistic.
