Real Numbers Before You Commit
Dealpromohub publishes its pricing bands openly because nobody should have to sit through three showroom visits to find out what a kitchen costs. Every job still gets a fixed written quote from drawings, but the figures below are the honest ranges our clients land in, straight from the workshop on Bargara Road.

Full Fit-out Pricing
Kitchen work is priced per linear metre because that is how the trade actually measures the job. The figures below cover cabinetwork, hardware, install and trade coordination, and they assume mid-range laminate or painted doors with a stone top coordinated separately.
A laundry, robe or general joinery run uses the same rate structure but with a lower finish allowance, so the per-metre number drops a little on the bigger packages.
See the Full Fit-out Service| Scope | Includes | From |

| Kitchen Plus Laundry Combined project | Matched finish across both rooms, tall pantry and broom cabinetry, interior lighting coordination | $24,300 |

Extras You Might Want
These are common additions to the base packages, listed openly so nothing quietly gets bolted on at invoice time.
3D Room Concept
A fully rendered view of the space with your chosen timber and finish, so you can see the proportions before we build.
Custom Stain Match
We match a new piece to existing furniture already in the room. Sample boards included, corrected as many times as needed.
Interior Drawer Lighting
Sensor-driven LED strips inside drawers and pantries for kitchens and robes. Electrician coordination included.
Extended Warranty
Extends the standard structural warranty on custom furniture from twelve to twenty years. One-off, per piece.
Out-of-Area Delivery
Delivery beyond our 40 km zone. Priced from the address, quoted upfront before you commit, no surprise freight charge later.
Old Kitchen Removal
Rip-out, careful disconnection of existing services, and sorting for recycling or donation rather than skip-bin disposal.
Aftercare Care Kit
Timber-safe cleaner, finishing oil and microfibre set. Small thing, but it is what keeps hardwax surfaces looking right.
Rush Scheduling
Priority slot in the workshop calendar when your timeline is genuinely tight. Subject to current availability.
The Four Things That Actually Change Your Quote
Size is not the biggest cost driver in a custom piece, and it is rarely the biggest one in a kitchen either. These are the four factors that genuinely swing the number we write down, and we point them out at the design stage rather than after the build.
If your budget is firm, tell us the ceiling at the start and we will design inside it. We would rather adjust the drawing than deliver something you have to resent paying for.
Species and Grade
Spotted gum and blackbutt sit mid-range, a clear straight-grain quarter-sawn board costs more than a plain one, and genuinely exotic species with limited mill supply can double a timber line item overnight.
Complexity of Joinery
Straight run cabinetry is fast and cheap to make. Curves, fluted fronts, hand-cut dovetails, hidden cable routing and mitre-folded panels take real bench time and push the labour up accordingly.
Finish System
Hardwax oil is the cheapest and easiest to repair on-site. Two-pack polyurethane costs more per square metre but survives family kitchens. Custom stain matching adds a full round of sample boards to the schedule.
Site Access and Logistics
Ground-floor access with a wide doorway is straightforward. Stairs, lifts, awkward parking or heritage houses with narrow halls add labour hours and sometimes a second body on the install day.
From Enquiry to Fixed Price in Five Steps
Free Enquiry Call
A short conversation about what you want, when you need it and the rough budget you are working with.
Site Measure
We visit, check walls for square, note services and photograph the space. No charge, no obligation.
Design & Sketch
Drawings show what fits, what clears and what a realistic build looks like inside your budget.
Fixed Quote
A written price, a schedule and a deposit figure, all in the same email so nothing is separated.
Nothing Until You Sign
No deposit, no build slot held. The number you approve is the number you pay, unless you change it.
How Payment Actually Works
Custom work needs a deposit to secure the timber order and a slot in the workshop calendar, but you should not be paying the bulk of the money before anything exists. These are the terms we use on nearly every job.
40% Deposit
Due on signed acceptance of the quote. It covers the timber order and books your slot in the workshop schedule.
40% Progress
Payable when your piece or fit-out is finished and ready to schedule for install. You will have seen progress photos before this invoice.
20% on Handover
Due the day we hand over the keys to the room. Nothing gets signed off until you are happy with the finish.
Fixed Price Promise
Once the quote is signed, the price only moves if you change the design. You will always see a variation quote before work continues.
Pricing Questions
The stuff people ask before committing. If we missed something, ring the workshop on a weekday afternoon and we will answer it straight.
