About These Terms
These terms apply to every quote, order and installation carried out by Dealpromohub from 147 Bargara Road, Bundaberg East QLD 4670, Australia. By accepting a written quote or paying a deposit you agree to them. If you would like a variation for a commercial project, talk to us before you sign.
Quotes, Deposits and Payment
Written quotes are issued after a site measure or a detailed brief, and are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise. Custom work requires a deposit before it enters the workshop schedule.
- A deposit of 40% secures your place in the build queue
- A further 40% falls due when the piece or fit-out is ready to install
- The remaining balance is payable on the day of handover, before final documentation is released
- Invoices are payable within seven days unless a different term is agreed in writing
Payments are accepted by bank transfer or card. Card surcharges, where applicable, are passed on at cost. Late payments may attract interest at the rate set by the relevant Australian commercial rate.
Changes, Delays and Access
Any change to agreed drawings, sizes, finishes or hardware is treated as a variation and will be re-quoted before work continues. We schedule trades carefully, but if you are not ready for us, or safe site access is not available, delays caused may affect the install date and could involve a re-scheduling charge.
Noise, dust and temporary loss of use of a room are normal parts of an installation. We protect floors and clean up at the end of each day, but we ask that you keep children and pets away from the work area for safety.
Ownership, Risk and Liability
Ownership of the finished work passes to you once the final balance clears. Risk passes on delivery or handover. Our liability is limited to the value of the work we supplied, except where Australian Consumer Law makes a greater remedy non-excludable.
Acceptance and Governing Law
By authorising work, you confirm the information you have given us is accurate and that you have the authority to commission it. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions can be sent to dealpromohub@gmail.com.
