Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
Dealpromohub is a family-run furniture design and cabinetry fit-out business operating from 147 Bargara Road, Bundaberg East QLD 4670, Australia. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you give us when you browse our website, request a quote, place an order or simply ring the workshop for advice.
We follow the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 and, where we work with clients or suppliers in Europe, we also respect the core protections of the GDPR. If anything here is unclear, email us at dealpromohub@gmail.com and a real person will reply.
What Information We Collect
We only ask for what we genuinely need to quote, build and deliver your furniture. That usually includes:
- Your name, phone number, email address and delivery or site address
- Measurements, photos and sketches of the room or space you want fitted out
- Order details, invoicing information and payment reference numbers
- Messages you send through our contact form or by email, kept so we can answer properly
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected in an aggregated form
How We Use Your Information
Your details are used to prepare quotes, confirm orders, schedule trades, coordinate deliveries and handle warranty claims. We also use your contact details to update you on a job already in progress, and occasionally to follow up once a piece has been installed.
We do not sell, rent or swap your personal information with anyone. We only share it with third parties when it is strictly necessary to complete your job, for example with a licensed electrician, a stone supplier or a freight company delivering your piece. Those parties are required to keep the information confidential.
Storage, Security and Retention
Records are stored on secured systems with restricted access, and paper files are kept locked at our Bundaberg East workshop. We keep job records for seven years to satisfy Australian tax and warranty requirements, then securely destroy or delete what is no longer needed.
Your Rights and How to Contact Us
You can ask us at any time to see what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. If you are covered by the GDPR you also have the right to object to certain processing and to request data portability.
